Signing of 'Community Use of Agreement' forms due now
Please be reminded that you have to sign with the principal of your 'Public School' the annual 'Community Use Agreement'.
To fill out this agreement form you need your Public Liability Insurance policy number. As the Public Liability Insurance is due at the end of March, it is ok to use the current number. The number most likely will not change when you renew your policy.
Also please note that registered Community Language Schools have free use of Public Schools and therefore the section in the form about fees can be left blank. If there are any problems, please contact me.
Please make sure that you also keep a copy of the signed agreement in your files.
If the Public School does not provide the 'Community Use Agreement' form, you can download it from:
You do not have to send a copy to the Community Languages Schools Program, nor AICLS.
